About the Role:
Our client is a growing and ambitious artists and producer partnerships company that is at the forefront of redefining music management, records, and publishing for 2024 and beyond. Based in central London, the company represents a diverse roster of talented artists, from award-winning musicians to breakthrough talent and top streaming acts.
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Artist Manager to oversee key artists and contribute to the growth and diversification of the company’s roster. This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting new talents and help shape the future direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to –
- Overseeing budgets, timelines, and partnerships across areas such as digital campaigns, rights management, brand deals, tours, and merchandise.
- Acting as the main liaison for labels, agents, promoters, and other collaborators.
- Signing and nurturing a diverse roster of artists, producers, publishers and songwriters.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to shape strategic direction and workplace culture.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships, covering digital strategies, rights management, brand partnerships, tours, and merchandise ventures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in artist management or a related field, with hands-on expertise in navigating the music business.
- Strong ability to work directly with artists, understanding their creative and professional needs.
- Comprehensive understanding of music industry operations, including IP, rights management, and touring.
- Team-oriented but capable of independently managing clients and projects.
- Exceptional ability to articulate plans and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail.
